Stress Management

skills for dealing, daily

Work life can be extremely stressful, due in part to subconscious patterns that can influence our approach to tasks, and how we relate to our colleagues and clients. Based on the principles underlying the cognitive behavioral approach, in this course we contemplate interconnected patterns of thoughts, feelings and behaviors that impact on our mood, well-being, productivity, and relationships with others.

This two-day experiential course will give you more confidence in your ability to deal with work stress. You will be more aware of your thinking styles and how your thoughts impact on your mood, behaviour, and relationships with others at work. Increased awareness is the springboard for more profound long term change in your thinking patterns, behaviours and relationships with others.
