Dealing with Difficult People

Keeping the workplace sane and healthy

Most of us at some stage have to cope with difficult behaviour in the workplace – confrontational, bullying, belittling, emotionally demanding, complaining, negative, resistant and more. This workshop is designed to help you reach a deeper understanding of the difficult behaviour you have to cope with and explore different approaches and strategies that are effective. Where it is unrealistic to try to change the difficult behaviour, we explore strategies for coping well in order to stay sane and healthy.

Learn to distinguish between various types of difficult behaviour, and practice choosing responses that are likely to make things better rather than worse. Develop analytical skills, specialized communication techniques, and interpersonal and negotiating skills.

This one-day workshop is fun and interactive, designed to help you find solutions to your own workplace challenges.
