This workshop helps you to identify the impact of change on people and to develop skills and techniques for enabling your team members to come to terms with change and stay focussed and motivated in their work. - How to select strategies for communicating your vision of the future, the reasons for the change and benefits to everyone involved.
- Set and prioritise objectives for the change in order to work towards a clearly defined vision of the future
- Make time to support people through the change process and do so skilfully
- Agree clearly what action is required and hold people to account
- Communicate progress regularly and celebrate success
- Identify, anticipate and problem-solve ways of overcoming obstacles to change
- Identify changes to circumstances and adjust implementation plans accordingly
- Acknowledge when there is a conflict and take into account the feelings and views of all parties
- Re-direct people’s energy to achieving shared objectives
