Fuelling a Culture of Innovation

Proven techniques for flexing your corporate creative muscle

To keep a competitive edge, every business needs to become more creative in its thinking, products and processes, but few know the secrets of how to do so. This dynamic two-day course is fun, interactive, and demanding. Our goal is to give your people a very clear set of tools to think and work creatively on a daily basis, in order to push your business into new, innovative directions.

Based both on the work of IDEO design firm in San Francisco and millennia-old techniques used in many different disciplines, the first day focuses on proven principles that underpin successful creative processes, and explains how these can be applied to your business. The first day ends with the participants challenging the trainer to come up with a business-specific innovation challenge for them to solve, and they in turn spend the second day competing to complete the most innovative solution to this challenge.

Participants will come away with hands-on experience in techniques that encourage creativity at all levels of your business, and a roadmap for putting them into action. And did we mention that this course is fun?

Program content
